Operating a SignaLink USB through an Anytone D578

NOTE: I had a second radio on in the background so that you could hear the transmission.
Since the D578 does not have an AUX I/O port on the radio... it is a little tricky to interface the D578 to the SignaLink USB. Fortunately the D578 handmic has all the necessary signals inside, and there's room to install an AUX I/O jack there.
